Review draft: legal operating identity requires company confirmation. Registered address, commercial terms, retention arrangements and governing law also require approval before final service terms are issued. These product descriptions do not establish Google verification, replace a signed agreement or waive mandatory rights.
Adgrowly is developed and managed by Nexadly Technologies Private Limited, as identified by the product owner.
Use Adgrowly for lawful, authorized profile management, content and local visibility. These requirements apply to owners, agencies and their teams.
Business and review integrity
Do not impersonate Google or another business, claim unsupported affiliation, fabricate listings or reviews, offer prohibited review incentives, suppress lawful feedback deceptively or guarantee top placement. Disclose management fees and preserve client ownership and access.
Authorized data and automation
Connect only profiles and accounts you have permission to manage. Obtain written or digital authority before publishing or enabling client automation. Do not disclose unnecessary sensitive information, misuse Google data for unrelated purposes or circumvent provider approval by reselling raw API access.
Content and review requests
Do not upload or publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or exploitative material. Check AI output and follow platform content policies. Supported WhatsApp review requests must identify the business, use appropriately opted-in recipients and honor opt-outs. This is not a generic bulk-messaging or account-provisioning service.
Security and enforcement
Do not bypass authentication, tenant boundaries or quotas, use stolen credentials, inject malware or disrupt the service. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to the approved contact. Suspected abuse may require investigation or restriction under the applicable agreement and law; providers may independently restrict access. Billing and termination consequences follow approved terms, not an invented automatic forfeiture rule.
