AdgrowlyData Deletion and Disconnection Policy

Review draft: legal operating identity requires company confirmation. Registered address, commercial terms, retention arrangements and governing law also require approval before final service terms are issued. These product descriptions do not establish Google verification, replace a signed agreement or waive mandatory rights.

Disconnection, Google permission revocation, billing cancellation and deletion have different effects. This notice describes the available controls and request process.
Disconnect Google
Workspace connection controls disable local Google credential use and related automation and request token revocation. Provider errors may leave revocation pending or require manual removal in your Google account. Revocation can affect other grants under the same app project. Disconnecting does not automatically erase local profiles, reviews, posts, history, reports or media.
Request deletion
Email the approved contact with the account email, workspace or business and information you want removed. State separately whether you want integrations disconnected and billing cancelled. We may verify identity and authority; an agency administering the workspace may need to assist. Do not send passwords, tokens or unnecessary sensitive information.
Limits of local deletion
Deleting a local record does not remove a public Google review, a post on another platform, a copy already exported or information held independently by another party. Use the external platform’s controls for its published material. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel external billing or remove issued invoices.
Retention and confirmation
Financial, fraud, security or legally required records may need restricted retention. Reports, exports, provider copies and backups need separate handling. A complete automatic purge for every Google-derived record and operational copy is not currently established. No universal deadline or immediate backup deletion is promised. Ask for written confirmation of completed actions, pending revocation, retained categories and reasons, assessed under applicable law.
