Review draft: legal operating identity requires company confirmation. Registered address, commercial terms, retention arrangements and governing law also require approval before final service terms are issued. These product descriptions do not establish Google verification, replace a signed agreement or waive mandatory rights.

Billing follows the actual seller, plan and offer disclosed when purchasing. This draft creates no unapproved refund guarantee and does not override mandatory consumer rights.
Identify the purchase
Check the merchant, amount, currency, billing interval and renewal information on the order and invoice. A white-label agency may be the seller under a separate agreement. Refund functionality in the product is not itself a refund entitlement.
Request cancellation
Use Billing & plan and the provider billing portal where available, or email the approved contact with the workspace and invoice reference. Obtain confirmation of whether renewal is stopped and the effective access change. Logging out, disconnecting Google or requesting deletion alone does not cancel billing.
Request a refund review
Send the purchase reference, charge date, seller and reason. Do not include card numbers, passwords or tokens. Eligibility, duplicate or unauthorized charges, failed delivery, taxes, prorating, credits and statutory rights are assessed against the actual offer, provider records and law. This draft promises no fixed processing time, money-back period or unconditional approval.
Commercial details awaiting approval
The company must confirm refund windows or exclusions, cancellation timing, trial treatment, renewal notice, unused-credit rules and dispute handling. If the terms of a proposed purchase are unclear, obtain written clarification before paying.
